Throughout my sessions with Jo, she has provided a more holistic consideration of my health issues than any other professional I have seen. Her approach is very practical and easy to integrate, and I have seen a significant improvement in my symptoms since starting the therapy. I highly recommend her! More...

Jo has helped me hugely to understand the importance of nutrition on wellbeing. She is very person centred and I felt took time to understand my specific difficulties. She came up with great ideas to curb sugar cravings and shared some fabulous recipes and valuable resources. The follow up was always thorough. Never been one for following a strict diet and when I realised I would have to cut out all the things I loved to do the 2 week detox I began to wonder how I would cope - no alcohol, wheat, dairy, caffeine or sugar! ! Help!!!

The first couple of days were really hard but that was due to the caffeine withdrawal headaches. Jo was a huge support through this stage offering helpful advice on dealing with it.

My biggest concern was that I would be hungry as I have a big appetite and that I would get bored with eating the same food. This was never the case - Jo's plan has so many varied delicious recipes and I was never hungry.

At the end of Week One I got my period and couldn't believe it had happened as I had absolutely no symptoms - no cramps, spots or sugar cravings.

I not only was more toned and felt revitalised after the detox but I also took good eating habits away with me.
Thanks to Jo who was there to talk to throughout the diet and was amazingly supportive.

I am just finishing the 2 week recharge program with Jo. I love the yummy recipes and her constant support. I will extend to one week and adopt regular Intermittent fasting days from now on - it helped me with weight loss and somehow my eyesight is better ! I would recommend to anyone who needs to re-energise and adopt a healthy approach to eating. More...

I've just finished Eat4wellbeing's two week detox and feel great. I loved the eating plan, the recipes were yummy (especially the pesto which I put on everything) and I've managed to stop my reliance on coffee to wake myself up. Jo was great and answered all my questions. I'm hoping to stick with all the good habits I've picked up. Thanks Jo! More...

Q&As

You are unique and the diet that suits you might not be ideal for someone else. The right nutrition is vital for your wellbeing and health, but what you eat is only as important as how well you digest and absorb the nutrients provided - that is why I believe achieving optimal digestion is key to overall health and wellbeing. Eat well - live well.

The clients I meet as everyone is different so no 2 consultations are the same. Empowering my clients to feel better is immensely rewarding and I am passionate about eating well and enjoying life to the full and love to share this passion with my clients.

I trained in nutritional therapy when my daughters were very young as I started to get more and more fascinated by how a healthy diet could help my family. I knew I wanted a career where I could help others and as I completed my training I knew I had found my passion. Initially I worked part-time while my girls were little so I could be their primary carer. Now they are adults, I work full time doing one-to-one consultations supporting clients with digestive health, hormonal balance, achieving optimal energy and weight management. I also run nutrition workshops for corporate clients, schools and an NHS funded health coach project as well as teaching nutritional therapy at The Institute for Optimum Nutrition in Richmond, London.

I give straightforward advice and provide achievable solutions for a variety of health concerns and weight management. I am experienced and keep up to date with the latest research. I work from a functional medicine approach, looking to address the root causes of imbalance. If you would like support to improve your digestive health, hormone balance, energy levels or weight then I can help. I also work with sports nutrition clients to support their fitness and training goals.
