Our drawings and details generally consist of General Arrangement plans of the structure in 2D CAD, which cover a wide range of features such as building substructures like strip-raft-piles-pad and beam foundations, construction of floors such as concrete slabs or timber floors, load bearing walls, chimneys, lintels, and full assessments of load bearing structures.
Our structural detail drawings include connection details of steels, timber, and concrete reinforcement details, relevant building notes to structure such as strapping notes, tying notes etc.

Structural Calculations
