Absolutely Brilliant! We initially hired it for my daughter's 18th birthday but ended up using it all the time as well. It was so relaxing, and eased all our aching bones and even a couple of our skeptical friends loved it ! We all said that we all slept really well after a good evening soak !!! David was lovely too, setting it up for us and showing us how to use and being available with any queries! Would definately recommend using this company and would happily use them again. More...

Brilliant week of hot tub fun, hired for my daughter to enjoy with friends for her 12th birthday party. Never had more excitement over a party! ! They loved it and because the hire was for a week, we had relaxing evenings with family and friends too. Excellent service!! After another Hot Tub company let me down these guys stepped in last minute. From initial phone call to set up was approx 4 hours. The service received couldn't have been better. Highly recommend East Midland Spa's - despite having got our hot tub from a Nottinghamshire based retailer, where advise and customer service were non existent, David very kindly stepped in and advised us regarding repair of a pump and provided us with tuition in caring for the hot tub, chemicals etc. He has unselfishly given us his advise and time completely free of charge - I only wish we'd had the hot tub from him too.
