After a spine injury left me with nerve damage and in chronic pain Suzanne enabled me to move. On the day of my assessment I was unable to walk across a room unaided. Through careful, individualised Neuro-Physiotherapy administered with kindness and unfaltering perseverance Suzanne enabled me to trust my body, rebuild muscle strength, coordination and balance. If I was unable to grasp a movement she would, place my body, model the movement and wait patiently for me to achieve. My first major milestone was regaining the capability to put on my shoes and tie my laces. This became the first step to regaining my independence. I thank Suzanne every time I put on my trainers, I am now walking 5K before breakfast (longer at the weekends). I maintain my movement with exercises designed by Suzanne to meet my needs along with Pilates recommended by Suzanne, Tia Chi and Yoga. Following a stroke last year, I have been fortunate enough to have been able to receive therapy from the dynamic team which is greatly improving my mobility the team are friendly knowledgeable and encouraging I look forward to being able to attend their new facility I would highlyrecommend them to all with neurological mobility issues

I first visited Suzanne following a very complex break to my wrist which required surgery to fix. Suzanne is extremely knowledgable and experienced. She strikes the perfect balance between professional and approachable. I feel she takes time to listen, to really get to know your injury and also your lifestyle. The treatment feels very personally tailored to your needs, Suzanne explains each exercise relating it to your daily life. Appointments are well organised and punctual. Professional, friendly proactive treatment. Following a spinal cord injury I have been treated holistically to ensure movement is maintained but also to gain improvement in mobility. Firstly I was treated at home but now attend the new facility which is first class, spacious and conducive to the needs of patients and physiotherapists. The Covid safety measures in place are excellent too. I cannot thanks the therapists enough for helping me to gain the best function I can and this improve quality of life. More...
