This starts with their project pricing, which is fair and very reasonable, and Petet always polite and courteous, is happy to discuss the project until one has a complete understanding of what should be done, and how they propose to do it. They work efficiently and quickly, but with no corners cut: Peter is justly proud of their work, and goes to lengths to ensure the finished job is as good as it should and can be. The work is carried out without delays and without missed days. They might sometimes not arrive quite at the crack of dawn, but nonetheless put in a full day’s work. We had the entire roof replaced, and it looks better than it had, though, laudably, the original tiles still in sound condition were used wherever possible. Peter was replacing a tile on opposite house to us, we had some of the under cladding loose and hanging out Peter gave us a quote which was acceptable, Peter went on to carry out the work getting most of it finished same day but unfortunately lt got to dark to complete he returned next day completed it to a very good standard at a very good price. Peter, (the tradesman that i mainly liased with during the time of work undertaken at my flat) was able to pop around within 30 minutes of me initially making contact.

I asked Dynamic to fix a split in my bathroom ceiling caused by a leak. Peter explained what would be involved in undertaking the repair. A good job was done in a timely manner. The workman painted over areas of the wall where overspill of plaster occured and all waste was taken away after the works were complete. The invoice amount, for the job, was charged to the figure that was initially quoted- in other words there were no additional hidden charges. Friendly person good service and reliable

Despite extensive renovation to our roof this company failed to remedy the initial leak that led us to hire them in the first place. As a result we had more water coming in which damaged our ceiling. They did come back and stopped the leak and promised to organise a plasterer to repair the ceiling. Since then no reponse. I've emailed, voicemailed and texted them, but no reply has been forthcoming. Poor customer communicaton. Would not recommend them. More...
