What do you love most about your job?
No two days are ever the same, there is always something happening whether that be multi drop routes to plan or dedicated vehicles to arrange. Another element is building up business relationships with our customers, I feel that this is vital in business as you cannot meet their needs and demands if you dont understand how their business operates.
For me the best part of my job is proving to our customers that we can be trusted with their business needs and making sure that we get their goods there on time and in perfect condition.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked as an Operations Manager for a multi national Logistics Company for 17 years before joining DW Logistics, the staff here are all dedicated to the cause and have a vast knowledge and understanding of the industry.
Unlike the multi nationals we have the ability to adjust our services to meet our customers requirements, this gives them the confidence to let us handle their freight.
I am confident that once you have worked with DW Logistics you will continue to work alongside us.
