What’s your signature dish?
my signature dish is a slow cooked pennine of lamb shoulder with hotpot potatoes and a red wine jus however i do make a good steak and old peculiar pie.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
listening! we have sample menus but no sample menu we provide is going to be perfect for a customer so the key is to listen to the customer and design the menu around their ideas
What do you love most about your job?
satisfaction. The feeling we get as a team when we see how happy a client is the we helped in making there special event perfect.
What inspired you to start your own business?
i have worked in some amazing places from main street Haworth to the stunning pennine way village of Stanbury starting from the bottom and working my way to the top over the last 10 years. now i was ready for something new a new challenge and a chance to pass my skills on and rather than being stuck in a kitchen to help make peoples events perfect

the cliche line we're a family run business however this is exactly what we are we're tight nit we thrive of one another but more Importantly we listen to you we don't bombard you with menus and dishes we sit and ask you for your ideas and stem from there. all our suppliers are local and no job is to big for them. making your event perfect means as much to us as as it does to you.
