I think we were one of the first to use Dunlins and I was a little sceptical at first given their fee. I live in London so being offered estate agency and conveyancing under £1,000 seemed a bit too good to be true. It was absolutely brilliant and our eventual buyer actually walked past the house and saw the "for sale" board which has a QR code on it. I had no idea what the purpose of this was when I signed up but it took him straight to our property on the website and he booked a viewing the same day. Cannot recommend highly enough. More...
