After phoning 5 Dundee taxi offices to try to book a 5 seater car this firm were the only ones that came through the service was second to none i got text updates to say en route i got a call to reassure me i got text to say car was at door with registration number the driver was lovley chatty and friendly used it again on way home this will be my taxi choice from now on and i will be recommending to all my friends

Best 2 taxi drives ever. I live in St Cyrus, but had an appointment in Dundee. Due to physical problems I find it hard and too painful to drive long journeys myself, so - just this once - I arranged a taxi up to Dundee and back home again. The lady who picked me up, is a brilliant driver, and was with right on time. The gentleman who picked me up from my appointment drove me home again, and took the coastal road. He was so lovely to talk with. Both extremely nice lovely people and they really deserve praise for their hard work, fantastic driving and the kindness they have shown. The company sends out a confirmation text when you make your booking, and then sends texts to let you know what car to expect and the registration so you can recognise your taxi. Outstanding service that I've never experienced anywhere else. I use travel across Scotland and I have a visual impairment. The level of care provided was exceptional. The driver phoned me to let me know he had arrived, he came into the station to meet me and the office phoned the driver to make sure he had met me ok. I cannot thank, nor praise this company enough. Hash was unbelievably helpful in 'rescuing' my son for me when I was unable to get to him myself. Knowing that my son (studying at uni) was out in the freezing cold on his own (he went on a long bike ride in the countryside) and unable to get home was terrible, but Hash and his driver Maqsood kept me fully informed in how far away from him they were, when they collected him and when he got home. Such a relief for a mum worrying about her son - no matter how old he is! I would recommend this firm to anyone. They clearly care about their passengers and went above and beyond for us. Great guys! I was stuck in Dundee - called 3 cab firms all where unhelpful and rude. These guys were polite, kept me updated on my cab (even gave me my cab description and plate number) my driver - Kaiser was pleasant and brilliant. For once a reliable taxi company in Dundee; variety of vehicle types. Me and my large family were in a fabulous 7 seater, electrical doors Mercedes and the taxi driver provided excellent customer service and was very kind and courteous, he even gave us festive sweets on our journey and also 10% off.
