Disappointing Communication and Lack of Transparency
I recently sought legal assistance from Duncan Ellis Solicitors by raising a query through their website.
Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite leaving my contact details and a detailed query online, I waited over a week without any response.
I took the initiative to follow up via text messages and phone calls to one of their advertised mobile numbers on Persian social media. Regrettably, the responses I received were not only delayed but also lacked comprehension of the service I was seeking, despite having explained it in detail multiple times.
When I called the office this morning to further address my concerns, I was informed that they currently have no capacity to accept any new cases. It's disheartening that this information wasn't communicated earlier in the process, saving both parties time and effort.
This lack of professional communication and transparency has left me frustrated and disappointed. Clear and timely communication is crucial, especially in legal matters. I hope that Duncan Ellis Solicitors can improve their client engagement to ensure a more positive experience for others in the future.
