Electrical installation condition report (EICR)
EICR’s are carried out to check & monitor the condition of the whole electrical system in the property. All circuits will be fully tested by myself In order to make sure the property is safe.
Consumer Unit changes.
If your property was built before the 90’s and hasnt already had a consumer unit change. Then it would be recommended to replace it with a modern 18th edition fully RCD protected consumer unit.
Fault finding & repairs
If a fault is not visable from the initial inspection, I would then use my test metre to further diagnose the fault & possibly rectify the issue on site.
