You recently completed a side return extension and extensive renovation project at my home. This included electrical and plumbing work as well as the installation of a new kitchen, utility room, wc, family bathroom and en suite.

Overall we were extremely happy with the quality of the work and pleased that you stuck to your quote for the specified work. We found you and your team friendly and helpful. One of your team even came over to deliver a spare key to us on a Sunday when we’d locked ourselves out. There were inevitably some issues that cropped up during the build in particular regarding the glazing being supplied by a third party, but you were always professional and responsive in dealing with these matters. You also worked assiduously to resolve all the snagging issues.

In summary, we would certainly be happy to recommend you to prospective clients.
