We help our clients achieve their goals by creating science based exercise programmes, monitoring their progress, nutrition and lifestyle choices and making sure they stay on track and keep motivated.

The secret is to do the simple things well!
Eat sensibly,
Follow a progressive exercise plan,
Manage stress,
Get sufficient sleep,
Get sufficient recovery.

I love the mix of people I get to work with. I genuinely love the feeling of helping my clients achieve their goals!
What inspired you to start your own business?
It was a natural progression for me as I built up a client base whilst studying at University and I haven't looked back.

Yes, we were doing online personal training before COVID. It actually works really well! Since COVID more people have decided to stay online.

Private studio in Ashford
For clients local to Ashford, we have our very own private personal training studio with modern fitness equipment.
Training is strictly 1-2-1 (or couples) so there is no-one else in the studio.
We have a great selection of cardiovascular, strength and functional equipment to be able to cater for a wide range of goals and abilities.
Mobile personal training
Sarah is our mobile personal trainer. She will come to your home, office or local park and create a varied programme to help you work towards your goals.
Online personal training
We offer 1-2-1 personal training sessions through Facetime or Zoom. This service works surprisingly well and is a convenient way to fit exercise in around a busy schedule.
Personal training app
We have our very own app, where we can design exercise programmes and nutrition plans and help our clients with accountability.
