I recently commissioned a short film of our country residence (the Upper Brook Estate in Staffordshire) and I am so pleased I chose to proceed with Ralph over the many other aerial photographers based here in the UK.

The process from the first point of contact to the delivery of the video was incredibly swift - Ralph visited the Estate just a day after I first enquired about the potential filming session. He was flexible on pricing and even provided us with complimentary still photographs.

He was incredibly professional at the Estate, and they required no guidance whatsoever... he simply turned up and started filming, which was perfect (due to the current COVID-19 pandemic).

He emailed me as soon as he left the estate, and predicted that the aerial footage would take 4-5 days to edit. This lead time was perfectly fine, and we were certainly happy to wait that long but, just a day after filming, Ralph emailed me the edited footage.

The footage was absolutely incredible and really showed off the tranquility of the Estate. Ralph had also taken my suggestions for filming locations around the estate into consideration. However, I thought the video would look even better if my group’s website address was published at the end of the video.

I mentioned this to Ralph and he was more than happy to assist. Within an hour, the edited footage had been sent to my account.

I would certainly recommend Ralph to potential clients - his work is second to none, and he is evidently focused on producing top-quality videos at affordable prices, and providing excellent Customer Support. He is approachable and flexible and the service is hassle-free.
