What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new customers who are keen to improve the look and quality of their driveways and patios whilst ensuring customer satisfaction pre and post installation. Working "WITH" customers to achieve their ideal driveway / patio. Advising customers on how to maintain their new / clean driveway and patio to ensure longevity.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After spending 20 years in the corporate world, at a very senior level and having learned a great deal on business management, customer services and service excellence, I wanted an opportunity to apply what I had learnt into my own business. Several years ago I built my own decking, patio and driveway and I realised that I enjoy working outdoors and embarked on training to begin a career in driveways and paving. I wanted to share the satisfaction I felt when I completed these installations, with potential customers.

I provide social distancing quotes by evaluating the scope of the job prior to providing quotes to customers via telephone call and email. Providing samples to customers from a distance ensuring COVID safe measures.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Social distancing meetings with potential clients to obtain information in order to quote for jobs. Quotes provided via email and samples safely delivered to customers ensuring the safety of our customers.
