What do you love most about your job?
We find a lot of people and company's have bad experiences with cleaning company's. We vowed to be DIFFERENT. We pay all our staff above living wage as we believe that not only do cleaners deserve more recognition for the work they do but also as everyone works better when they are made to feel valued!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Both directors of Dream Clean Team have worked in management within the cleaning industry. They decided that they could learn from mistakes made by other companys in order to provide a smooth, hassle free service to clients without the fuss.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our management team have been on INFECTION CONTROL courses. The skills and information learnt has been given to each and every member of staff. We supply our staff with disposable PPE and follow strict social distancing rules.
