They came out measured for my blinds , it took me a littlw while to make my mind on which ines i wanted . The gentleman waa so patient and helpful when i explained what i was looking for . juat over 2 weeks later my blinds was fitted today ( made to measure ) I'm loving my new blinds they look really amazing and the gentleman that came and fitted them was lovely . He phoned before hand and gave us a time and was on time , so respectful he took his shoes off on the door mat and just got straight òn with fitting blinds , making sure he didn't leave any mess while using his drill. What an amazing company. They have replaced all of my blinds in my property over a few months as I could afford them. I have black out wipeable blinds now. Beautiful quality and colour. The staff are really friendly on the phone. Prompt service. Yasir am who has been my fitter for all the work has done an amazing job. Excellent communication throughout, took only week and half to have the whole house measured and the blinds fitted. Blinds were fitted directly to the window frame, on telling the fitter I didn’t like this as didn’t seem very sturdy he quickly changed the 2 that had been done and connected them all to the wall instead without a fuss. Had blinds fitted throughout house. Absolutely amazing customer service from start to finish. Came out quick to measure, offered great advise as I was confused what to go for (ended up with blackouts for bedrooms and pvc for my kitchen and bathrooms). Friendly non pushy staff. Had my new blinds within 5 days Really impressed. Had a call when they were coming to measure and fit which helped. I recommend Dreamblinds as they are friendly reliable and very accommodating. They r very punctual and keep in contact at all times from the appointments to the time scale of how long before fitting the blinds . I was told they would ring me half an hour before coming to measure up and same when coming to fit them.
