Had an Emergency broken sewer drain. They came out the next day and repaired it for us. I have to say what a brilliant bunch of guys. Very professional and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price in my eyes. I would highly recommend them. They are now in my mobile as my first post of call for any drain issues. Excellent service! I had a blocked sewer pipe and I called DGS this morning. A team arrived within an hour, unblocked the pipe and identified the issue so that I can report it to the builder. I cannot recommend DGS enough!

Experience of this Companies quick Action stopped a load of stress, their cheap, super quick , service , Duty of Care ,root cause annalysis, metrologically graphical pin point accuracy with Pictures highlighted and plotted the complex piping System with the robust flexible 35 metre equipment and Camera used to go around a Toilet bend to enable a quick economical Resolution of a re occuring blockage affecting several flats, a problem, that had Tenants complaining about non substainable Property Management was cheapPlumbers were scratching their heads, giviing up, not returning to resolve the matter saying that Dyno Rod would need to be called and that the likelyhood was that a flat floor and the carpark would have to be lifted upI was reminded of the saying :-" a one eyed man is king in the land of the blindVery much RelievedJ O'Connor

Graeme and Steve have professionally completed a thorough job on the drainage in the back yard. It turned out to be a more complicated task than originally thought ( partly due to a poor job done by another company)however Graeme explained all the options and implications, keeping me informed and explaining the work as it progressed. DGS Ltd came to assess the job promptly following our initial contact and gave a quote and agreed a date for the work. They installed a land drain to the back of the property in 2 days. They also upgraded a part of the drainage at the front of the property at no additional cost at the same time. They worked hard under difficult ground conditions to complete the work. The new drainage functions well. They removed all waste material and cleared up after the work. They were polite, hard working and checked that we were happy with the work, including an inspection at the end. I contacted DGS after a bit research into local ground works and landscaping services and the research proved to me that I had made the right choice from the first introduction the ideas and the input Graeme gave me was worth every penny and penny’s are what it’s all about he was no nonsense to the point every question I had he had the answers I wanted and trust me I’ve been in the game all my life but didn’t say that just my days of this kind of work are past but Graeme turned up and as for cost he saved me money his quality of service and work were what you would expect from 5 stars which in my opinion he deserves the project was finished ahead of schedule under budget many thanks to DGS Services a pleasure to do business many thanks Ian Co Durham

We had a blockage in our drain in the garden coming from the main drain, every time any water tried to get through it overflowed and pooled in the garden. Within minutes the guys had found, fixed the problem and put the garden back to what it was, even brushed the patio to clear all the muck and water back down the drain.
