Arrived within 4 hours and after a nightmare trying to find the main drain cover which had been covered over with a new driveway they accessed the drain and cleared the problem . I called Drain Scout 5pm on a Friday after finding our manhole on the drive was inches from the top! They aswered first time and offered to come round straight away but we planned for 10am Saturday. They were on time, very polite and friendly and had all the correct equipment. Cleared the blockage and cleaned the build up in the hole. Wow what a very professional company this is.
I sent out my email address and phone number out late at night about 10 and was expecting a email or call sometime the next day.
I got a reply that night about 10 30 with a price and asking me if am happy with the price they could come the next day. ( perfect) they done an amazing job and cleaned up also they spoke to my tenants to tell them the problem and how to combat the issue in the future. I am a trades man myself and it great to see someone else being highly professional in there day to day work. So thank you once again and I will be recommending this company to everyone 👍👍

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Hand sanitiser is regularly used. Masks used if a client is more comfortable. Regular LFT completed. Correct PPE is worn to ensure our clients' properties and selves are protected in any way, not just Covid. Sanitisation after each job is completed.
