I have been coaching and counselling for many years both inside and outside of organisations. I specialise in Resilience and Stress, confidence and helping people with high performance, confidence and career transitions. I'm also a trained counsellor, Reiki and Breathwork practitioner.

Services

I help individuals achieve success, balance and happiness in their lives. Combining frameworks from science and philosophy i help clients to achieve goals in wide ranging areas from leadership challenges, work crossroads, redundancy, transitions, retirement, relationships, finance and wellbeing. I am able to incorporate alternative approaches like Mindfulness, Reiki, and Breathwork into my sessions and have a doctorate in Existential Anxiety. Clients report feelings of wellbeing, calm and confidence after our sessions.

I have worked at Board level in global organisations, and run 'start ups' for over 25 years. I have coached executives for over 20 years. I am now working 1:1 with executives facing career transitions or going through change. I am skilled in brain based techniques and specialise in stress and resilience, also high performers in financial services and Tech companies. My clients report my style to be supportive, challenging, insightful and fun.

Sometimes life gets in the way of our plans and we need someone impartial and empathetic to listen to us. I have trained and worked with clients for over 20 years dealing with complex and painful problems relating to stress and anxiety, loss, bereavement, fertility issues, menopause, financial issues, divorce and relationship troubles and conflict.

Sometimes its hard for people to understand how painful the death of a pet can be, particularly when a person is elderly, lives alone or for whom their pets are their 'fur babies'. I have owned, loved and lost many animals and truly understand they are not 'just a dog/cat/horse/guinea pig'. Combining my own love of animals with leading edge techniques, i help owners to come to terms with their grief and move on. I can provide Reiki, mindfulness training and breathwork as supportive interventions if required.
