I have used Gerry and his team before, so returned to him this time for quite a complicated transaction of sale, purchase and remortgage which all needed to tie in together at the same time. There were a few hiccups along the way, (not DP Cameron's fault), as there always are with these things and Gerry and Elena dealt with them efficiently and professionally. The lines of communication were always open and responses were speedy. I feel their fees were fair and the breakdown of costs was very clear.
