This is a free service where we arrange a phone call to discuss your project requirements, providing advice on budget and timeline.
2. Quoting:
We quote you based on your requirements and match it with packages we offer. Once you're ready, you'll instruct us to start, and a deposit is payable.
3. Consultation and Site Visit:
We begin with a comprehensive design consultation to understand your style, vision, and goals. We then meet in person on-site to take measurements of space and discuss initial ideas.
4. Moodboard and Layout Design:
We create a MoodBoard that captures the aesthetic and atmosphere you desire for your space. 2D layout drawings are crafted to visualize the spatial arrangement and flow.
5. 3D Renders and Video:
Bringing your vision to life, we develop a 3D design that provides a realistic preview of the final result. For a more immersive experience, we offer a walk-through video of the 3D design.
6. Specification File for Builder:
A comprehensive specification file is provided to guide your builder through the implementation process.
7. Site Meeting and Support:
Conducting regular site meetings to provide invaluable support to ensure design intent is communicated effectively, addressing any queries and ensuring a seamless collaboration between the design and construction teams.
8. Shopping and Orders:
We take the lead in procuring items, managing suppliers, and overseeing the project to keep things on track.
9. Project Management:
If desired, we can take on the role of project manager, ensuring a smooth execution from start to finish.
10. Styling:
Post-builder works, we enter the styling stage. This involves putting everything in place, unwrapping deliveries, and preparing the space to be fully functional and ready to use.
