Jordan came to instal a new fuse box in our outbuilding, which had lost its power supply and was causing me to worry about electrical fires, as the old fuse had melted! ! He was prompt, efficient reassuring! Well worth the money and I will definitely be using him and the company again, particularly as we have an old house!

Fast, reliable and trustworthy service.
A call out with Downlight Electrical was quick and easy to arrange. When Charlie arrived he explained exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. This put us at ease as some tradesman we had used before seemed to do work for no reason apart from to charge extra. Downlight Electrical do a great job and would definitely recommend them. We recently had Charlie and his team complete restoration work to our decking lights, fit spot lights in our lounge, redo the lighting and extraction in the bathroom, outdoor lighting AND even for our entire house with USB plug sockets (not sure how we ever lived without them! ) - Excellent on customer service, timeliness and cost.
