My wife and I have been very impressed with the level of outstanding service received from Dorset Property and Drainage Solutions. A few weeks ago Darren came over to our property and sorted out a problem swiftly and to our complete satisfaction.To our surprise, the blocking appeared again, but we knew it wasn't for the same problem as previously Darren had to cut the roots away that had penetrated the lining of the drains. We did have a suspicion that the problem this time could be from one of our neighbours (we have a shared access drive with three properties linked to the same drainage system which has caused problems in the past) but as it turned out, it was of our own doing. Darren came over sorted the problem very early on a Sunday morning, we didn't even know he had been, all done and dusted! But what was more astonishing, Darren didn't even charge us.
