What do you love most about your job?
I coach high-achievers and ambitious individuals. I have worked with amazing personalities of all ages, high performing students at leading universities across United States, Australia and the UK, successful entrepreneurs, strategic leaders within their fields and business professionals at senior management positions. I have been working as a Business Tutor coaching young adults in Tokyo before I even considered coaching as my career. The work experience as a Teacher especially provided me with insights on students' empowerment and development of skills needed in personal and professional life. Hence, I decided to shift my career into coaching to further help students to reach their full potential, as well as business professionals to empower them in career and personal development.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Apart from being a Business Coach, which is a very rewarding work especially when I see my clients succeed in personal and professional life, I am a founder of Educate Talents, start-up business to provide Academic Counselling and Coaching to international students at universities across North America, the UK and Australia. As an international student myself I understand the challenges and struggles that international students need to deal with when studying in a foreign country, as well as due to language barriers, new social circles and the environment, lack of broad guidance from professors and the university.My mission is to support and guide students in their academic journey.

Yes, in current circumstances many of my clients choose online sessions.
It is always best to see each other face to face so we will conduct the consultation via Zoom. If you are not too keen on face to face you can always turn off your camera and if you prefer other form of contact eg. phone call please message me before.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The majority of session are taken online, as well to prevent clients from travelling. If we meet in person due to your preference, that will be at my or yours premises with all measures taken (disinfectant, mask, distance). It is all about our safety and you feeling comfortable. If there is anything that concerns you I am more than happy to discuss it.
