I have been training with Dom for the past 3 years Dom has been a stalwart during this time, seeing me through a period of ill health with a positive and upbeat attitude which was very helpful. He is an expert on Nutrition and I have been impressed with his knowledge of dietetics and human physiology and biochemistry. We did a combination of cardio and weight based circuits but since my knees have deteriorated due to osteoarthritis , we have excluded impact exercises. Initial assessment - Initial assessment where we will go through all your goals, movement screen, and initial measurement etc, plus complimentary taster session
Dedicated 1-2-1 - After the initial consultation, we will tailor each part of your programme to your specific goals, training experience and lifestyle. Every aspect is considered an important part of your journey with us.
Nutrition - You will join on to the RX nutrition programme, that is a fully tailored nutritional coaching programme that will guide and educate you in the area of food and nutrition.
