Dom is a supportive and understanding trainer. He listens to your goals and helps you work towards them. Over the last 6 months, I've become fitter, stronger and healthier, all with Dom's support and encouragement. I'm often asked why I pay for a personal trainer and my response is because he helps me achieve things that I couldn't achieve on my own. If you want to get lasting results and see what you're really capable off then I'd highly recommend Dom. He knows what he's talking about and practices what he preaches. You won't get a quick fix programme but something that will adapt to your goals and progress. Also no unrealistic food restrictions as all who trains with Dom knows he loves his food as much as the rest of us! Thanks Dom More...

Dom is an adaptive, enthusiastic Personal Trainer that I would always recommend. I have trained with him for almost two years, so can say this with certainty! Dom taught me so much about nutrition and training, and his sessions and plans were always exciting, vigorous and variable. I made brilliant progress and built a solid foundation of muscle which is what I set out to do. The BEST thing was being able to eat more but not put on fat! Dom Hills is truly a life changer, fact!! I have been working with Dom for 10 months now and can honestly say I am as motivated now as the day we started. I am over 50lbs down, stronger , fitter, healthier and educated on what's happening to my body, why and how I can help myself. If you want results... then look no further! I have been training with Dom for nearly 2 years now and it's the best decision I've ever made. There's the obvious: I've dropped body fat, I've got stronger and got a 1st place medal in my first Powerlifting Comp. Then there's the unexpected: Dom has taken his time to understand me and what makes me tick, he has helped me build up my confidence and has lead me to a point where I can say I am dam proud of who I am! Iv been training with Dom for just over 4 months now & all I can say is wow � - this guy really knows his stuff.. just look at my 12 week transformation pictures to lean out. . he is incredible!!
Dom takes control of my weekly macros and gym plans, which works for me, having someone guide me on my exercises and calorie intake for my goals.
Dom is full of knowledge - I've learnt so much, from food, exercise & general wellbeing. He sorted my gut issues! After 10 years of being told I had ibs... my intolerances was sorted in less then 12 weeks and I feel amazing! He helped me also find an amazing osteopath who cured my tilted and twisted pelvis so I can now train without any discomfort, (2years of pain) and he is fully understanding of any physical conditions (such as hypermobility and dislocations) and will not just push you through things that are uncomfortable or painful. He is adaptive to exercises that are correct for your body and form.
Dom is ALWAYS there for me 24/7 when I need support, motivating, help, guidance and to push me further. This for me is what I want in a coach and his there to help every step of the way! Thank you Dom! I can’t wait to see what this year will bring and smash some more goals.
I can't recommend Dom enough ! You won’t be disappointed!

I have known Dom for a few years now. We first met when I was attending a 2 week strength and Conditioning programme and Dom was one of the PTs.

What immediately stood out for me was, although he was not the main trainer, he was very knowledgeable, supportive and a natural leader. Even when the main PT was often not there, Dom took control of the sessions and knew what he was doing.

I was often the odd one out, due to my height, when partnering up, but Dom would always be there to spot for me. He was focused and cared.

We remained friends once the course finished, and I wanted Dom to be my PT moving forwards, but unfortunately my work made it very difficult to train.

A couple of years later I was in a bad way. I had gone through a difficult redundancy, working as a temp, drinking and smoking very heavily. I was feeling pretty worthless, depressed and was in awful shape. I was about to start my 8th pint of lager when I realised I was in such trouble and I knew I had to do something about it. That was when I contacted Dom.

Within a few messages we had agreed a plan and I started training with him 3 days later. The best decision I have ever made. Since that day I have quit smoking and not lapsed, I eat healthily, I barely have alcohol and I am the healthiest and strongest I have been for over 20 years.

Dom has pushed me when I needed it, listened to me when I needed someone, supported me in everything I have done. Far more than your average PT. He takes his time to get to know you. He focuses on you and makes you feel that you are his top priority. He helps you to believe in yourself and by god does he get results.

I am only part of the way through my journey, but I now lift huge weights, I walk with my head held high and I am confident in myself. My comparison photos will confirm what has been achieved so far and there is more to come. And I am not the only one!

I have achieved this, but I could not have done it without Dom. His motivation, support, knowledge and professionalism is unmatched.

I can safely say Dom has changed me, my life and saved me from a very bad place. If you want a PT who knows you, works for you and gets results look no further than Dominic Hills.

Dom is a fantastic PT who is very patient, listens your goals and always knows just how much to push you without breaking you! Always encouraging you to push yourself which is fantastic.

Dom sorts out nutrition, with check-ins each week to check you’re on track which really motivates you to stay eating healthy etc, and you can ask him pretty much anything (even ridiculously obvious things but if you’re unsure it’s always worth an ask) and he’ll probably have an answer or he’ll find out!

Each session it’s great to work on the stuff you want to improve but there’s always some new exercises or variations he'll teach you to keep things interesting, which you can then go away and practise yourself. A PT whose sessions I really look forward to each week, highly recommended :)

In only a few short months, Dom has made a huge impact on my training, strength and general outlook on life. He will listen to your goals and find a way to help you achieve them, or guide you to figure out what exactly it is you would like to achieve.

I absolutely love my session every week, which is always dynamic and full of great advice. No matter what i've struggled with in training, nutrition or life in general, Dom has always been able to come up with a solution tailored perfectly for me.

I can't recommend this guy enough and for anyone that has had a bad experience in the gym or with a PT in the past, he will renew your faith in the industry!

In 2 months dom has helped me change my view on food and exercise , something that I never thought would happen .
He listens , gives advice , and pushes you to reach your goal each week :) he helps you understand that there is no quick fix and that all the hard work pays off - I still have a long way to go but I know with Dom steering me in the right direction I can achieve anything
