One word they are Brilliant!!... My Dog Winston took to them straight away Witch he never does as he doesn't like people very Much at all but love's them He love's going on walks with them he can't wait to get out of that door quick enough In Fact they have changed the way Winston see people in general he doesn't look at them as a threat or scary anymore. . Marcie looked after my dog sparky for A few days whilst I was working away.
My dog is normally not very good with strangers but took to Marcie straight away.
Marcie kept me updated with pictures of sparky enjoying himself which was very reassuring and she was very reasonably priced.

I did not bathe your dogs . If I did I would say I did as just told you I only washed Wilma bottom on the day you dropped them here as was disgusting and Bettys bottom didn't have poo there as she not as furry as wilma so I didn't need to wash her bottom. I have no need to be lying about if I bathed them . I am not going to go back and fourth about this . As I said this is all very strange and bizarre It's fine with your review I am just correcting you on the things that not true and have beeen dramatised about texts. I am confident with my business and my customers and how I care for all the animals and I have lots of regular customers who are very happy with my services.

Marci was booked to look after my 2 very small Pomeranian girls whilst I was 3000 miles away in USA. She had no idea what date I was dropping or collecting the dogs She sent me approx 24 emails trying to make arrangements for the wrong days. She had lost all the dogs information and I had to resend. Marci informed me she was in London for her daughters birthday and could I collect the dogs from her friend. When I asked for friends phone number she then text she would return home! When I collected the dogs I could smell they had both been just bathed, I know because I am a dog groomer, and I was confused as they had been bathed the day before I took them to Marci. It makes me wonder where my dogs were kept that needed a bath in February !!! More...

I have no idea why you have left this review . I will correct you on what you have written . I did have dates you were dropping your dogs here there was a little confusion on dates in my diary but it did not cause any problems what so ever with how i cared for your dogs . I sent messages to ask for personal information as you forgot to fill in the form that I gave you and on day of dropping them you was in a rush so i text just making sure I had all the personal details for the care of your dogs in case of emergency as you was far away . I also sent texts of pictures of them as I do with every customer and texts to find out what time picking them up as you wasn't sure before you left and you said you would text me . I had a birthday celebration for my daughters 30th on the day you came home so i just wanted to know what time you were picking up the dogs as if it was late my lady who works with me would be here but the birthday celebration got cancelled and i didnt go. So your dogs was with me the whole time and they loved it they were so happy with all the love and care and fuss they got every day from me and all the walks up the beach. It is bizarre you decided to text me 3 weeks after you got back saying you wasn't happy about the dog sit which was just odd as nothing was said whilst you was away or when you picked them up you even said I've bought you a present . I also had your dogs year before in october and you left a review how happy you was . You was going America for 2 weeks in october 22 but on the day after dropping dogs you called saying couldn't go america as your son had messed up forms with wrong Dob so you booked somewhere else last minute for a week which left me a week open where I could've took other dog sits on them dates as you booked well before so I kept it free but on actual day you had to change it and rebook America for this February I said I will refund you even though I was losing a week and you said to keep it towards next year . Just to clarify. I didn't leave your dogs with anyone . Your whole message has been dramatised over something small to do with dates and me asking for vet and number in case of an emergency and times you picking them up and me sending pictures of dogs. And I did not bathe your dogs but on the very 1st day you dropped dogs Wilma sat on sette next to me and I could smell dog poo badly I looked and there was poo on the settee throw and Wilma had all poo stuck round her bottom on all the fur the smell was awful so I just washed all her behind area to get poo off . I didnt and wouldnt have mentioned this to you as thought was embarrassing as you said you used to be a dog groomer but you are saying I bathed the dogs and insinuating i had left them somewhere else so I am now responding to your review. Dogs was here with me for 2 weeks so if they smelled like i had been bathed them which they 100% hadn't then it is because my home is very clean and always smells lovely so they must just had the smell from from my clean throws . I am not sure why you feel like this and I find it very upsetting and bizare as I loved and cared for your dogs the whole time.

Dogs r us have been brilliant and very professional with correct documents. Our dog Lola is quite fussy who she goes to but is so happy and comfortable when out on her walks couldn’t recommend enough

We were so worried about leaving our dogs but she has been absolutely amazing & my dogs love her!

Can not thank her enough for looking after them at our house whilst we were away, they were very happy and on our return our house was immaculate.

We were kept updated with how they were and sent lots of doggie pics! Kept our mind at ease to see they were ok & enjoying walks at the beach!

Rubbish . We arranged to take our dog over to meet Marcie , we were asked to be there at 1 pm .That same morning we were asked if we could make it 2pm instead which we agreed . I text early morning to see if ok to change meeting at 1pm to 2pm which you agreed was ok with you . I had an appointment in leigh on sea and this was an important personal appointment which they had changed in the morning and it took longer than they said it would so thats why I text to say sorry I will be home at 2.15 and I got no reply I then rang you after appointment had finished to say on my way home but you didn't answer . I then waited in as thought maybe you was held up for 15 minutes as no answer to my text or phone call . I got home and you text me at 2.45 to say you had left phone on charge. I was very apologetic about being 15 minutes behind schedule but it was an appointment I couldn't cancel and I wasn't expecting it to take that long and I also called you soon as appointment finished . I am sorry for the inconvenience of you driving all that way .

Marcie was great, she kept Tsotsi (my indoor cat) entertained and made sure his box was nice and clean. She kept me updated with messages & photos which was great while being so far away.
I highly recommend her.

I found Marcie through bark to look after my dog pippy at Xmas absolutely fantastic would definitely use again. Pippy can be a bit anxious but soon relaxed I was sent videos of her having a lovely time. Marcie has been my go to sitter since I found her back in the summer. My cat loves her and even comes in plays with her, mentioning this as he is your ultimate scared cat . Just went away last week and she looked after him for 4 nights with no issue sending updates and pics whilst she was sitting him.
