Neil was very helpful when he was taking £30hr cash no Receipt off me an had quit a good few quid off me, an answered the phone when booking.
.. But very disappointed with Neil when I needed help on rehoming him cause of family issues, he promised to help give me a few day's an I will get back to you, but never did, I kept ringing an leaving messages, never returned my call over a 3wk period, still didn't answer my calls or returned my calls, all Neil had to do was to just say sorry Dave I can't help, but left me waiting for his return call, I tried again an again but no answer left it 5-10mins an rang him on my other number an he answered straight away ha how funny eh... I said hi Neil it's Dave, he started stuttering an said funny enough I was just going to ring you... Lmao.! An still said give me till the end of the day an Al get back to you, ha all I asked for is if you can't help Neil just tell me don't keep me hanging on an on... What a complete let down by him, I'm completely Discussed with him, he's good a taking your money upfront but just let me down bad in the end, I said to him at first will pay you for your time, don't want you do it for nothing.... But still to this day I'm waiting for that call he promised give me till the end of the day... Ha. Ha. What a joke...

After loosing a 13 year old rescue dog I had from a pup I wasn’t looking for another dog until I was made aware of River who certainly caught my eye. The whole adoption process was exactly as described and even when a few curve balls were thrown I was kept fully updated throughout. It was evident through my visits how hard working and compassionate the staff are for all dogs in their care. It was clear they are doing their best in a difficult economic climate. I have a reactive dog he is a doberman highly sexual always mounting me and others. I brought him to be neutered at your dogs home. The way i was treated was disgusting. I had told the receptionist my dog was fearful of other dogs due to being attacked. The way you delt with such situation was ridiculous. Apparently they couldn't neuter him as he was too anxious , and came across aggressive. It's called fear aggression. Don't waste your time or money with this place so unprofessional. More...

Manchester dogs home are keeping a stolen support dog from being reunited with his family all because the owner can't pay 130 today to get him out the kennels prices go up per day the dog was took in lastnight as a stray the dog has severe seperation anxiety he's a support dog and is on medication but Manchester dogs home just want money it's a joke and if he don't pay in 7 days the STOLEN dog goes up for adoption to a poor family that will receive a stolen dog to have it took off them will be going to newspapers over this shame on you Manchester dogs home
