How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
My ethos and goal is achieving a healthy and functional body through exercise and nutrition and lifestyle factors. I look at the whole picture including stress and sleep and assess how these may be affecting your overall health and fitness. I use functional training techniques which translate into everyday life, improving overall strength, confidence and health.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The body of your dreams is one that works to the best of its ability and to achieve this multiple factors need to be working in harmony. Reducing stress, reducing pain, increasing strength, optimising weight, improving diet and sleep are all factors which will contribute to the body of your dreams.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people improve their health and confidence and seeing their progress over the months and years.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To be able to compliment my career as a doctor with another speciality that improves people's health, using my passion for fitness.

I am highly qualified and practice medicine as a doctor as well as personal training. If you are looking for a trainer who will look at your overall lifestyle and health and be able to tailor exercises to suit your individual needs then please contact me. I can, but I prefer face to face sessions. I am happy to do online assessments and programming but feel their is more success with regular sessions.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Cleaning equipment regularly. Washing hands regularly. Cancel sessions if any symptoms of illness.

I offer a supportive, friendly service with no judgements on health or ability.
