I first received 8 written quotes and than had 6 people visit me and look at my carpet. As I am a very busy massage therapist, my carpet had quite serious oil marks. One particular area was almost black in colour. All the other traders told me “it will look much better, but we can not guarantee how much better” … Darius was the only one that had the confidence to tell me that he will demonstrate how good he can get it, and if its not good enough, he will happily walk away. I liked his self-assuredness and gave him the job. He was punctual on both visits, keeping me updated via text as he was getting nearer to me. He finished the work in the time he quoted me and was extremely tidy and courteous. He worked for 15 minutes and showed me what he could do. I was more than happy with what I saw. Now, two weeks later, my carpet is 95% new. Much better than what I could imagine. Very satisfied and already recommended Darius to two other businesses. More...
