I cannot recommend Marluce enough. She makes such an effort to get to know you and your dog, I feel so happy knowing Simba is with her. Marluce will send lots of updates and pictures, which is always a highlight. She is also always considerate of what is best for your dog. On top of all of that, Marluce is also just incredibly kind and understanding, we are not particularly organised and we’ve had an emergency situation too, but without fail she will work around us to make sure that Simba is looked after.
