Arrived late due to traffic - when taking him around the garden he maintained the work we wanted done was not in his original quotation he had given me from photos I had sent him, which I had not been happy to give him as I would have preferred him come and look at the garden before Issuing his quote !
Consequently the bear minimum was done. More...
