Absautly amazing service from Danny & the lads. I was amazed how quick they came over and did me a very thourogh survey that included details photographs of the problem areas. Thus, I was able to see for myself where the issues lay. I got an immediate quote for the work which was very reasonable considering my previous quote included scaffolding as I have three stories. Danny's quote for the whole job was less than the price of the scaffolding alone in previous quotes.

I was amazed how adept and skillfuly Danny was able to maouver his new machine down a very narrow tight space in order to access the rear of the property. The full job was done quickly and professionally and more important there was not a spot of mess or debris to clean up afterwards unlike most builders I've used in the past. I can't say enough about how professional the services were. I can fully recommend the services provided DJI property service, top notch five star ⭐️?⭐️ all the way. My old wonky chimney stacks now look good as new and will now be safe from high winds and more important water tight. Great work from Danny & Co on my 160 year old roof, with super communication and understanding of heritage roofing techniques.

DJI initially came to do a survey of the room, investing time into the enquiry before any transaction was even discussed. A detailed report with pictures explaining the issues followed quickly afterwards accompanied by simple itemised pricing (very competitive).

Recently used DJI Property Services to repair three chimneys to our house. One in particular had proved troublesome for several years and leaked every time it rained. Previous repairs to the chimney had not worked.On the day the lads arrived it was a dry day fortunately so they could crack on with the work.Before starting we were advised what was required with sound professional advice. Prior to attendance the company supplied a photo survey and explained what was required, we also wanted other things to be done and the lads were more than happy to oblige.After the work was carried great care and attention was used to clear any mess caused.The next two days we had heavy rain and the troublesome chimney is now dry as a bone. Just had these lads come and do some repair work on my roof. Honest guys who know there job. We have had Danny and his team come to do a couple of different jobs now and won't hesitate to call them for any future maintenance. Danny responds quickly to calls/emails and he and his team are always really friendly and helpful. They explain exactly what needs doing in a way that makes it understandable and back this up with photos which is really helpful as it's hard to know what's going on up on your own roof!
