DJC Clearances offer a clearance service for domestic & commercial customers throughout North Yorkshire and parts of West Yorkshire.

How it works:
We provide a two part quotation.
The first part is a purchase quotation (we pay you) where we attend and inspect the property clearance, then itemise all items we would be interested in purchasing and provide a written quotation - offer price to purchase. Items we consider purchasing need to be in a good resaleable condition. Furniture, white goods, household misc, antiques & collectables, sporting goods, paintings/pictures, rugs, tools, gardening machinery, shop stocks & fittings, plus much more...

The second part is a clearance quotation (you pay us) where we attend and inspect the clearance, then provide a written quotation for all items to be removed that dont qualify for the first part of the quotation. As detailed above. These items will be sorted and recycled where possible.

This helps our customers keep the cost of the clearance to a minimum.

We do not clear single items. We only conduct part or full property clearances. We do not offer a garden clearance service.

We specialize in probate/bereavement clearances which currently make up around 2/3 of our clearances, but consider all types of clearances providing it is not solely a waste clearance.

Probate/executor/bereavement clearances.
End of tenancy clearances.
House move/down sizing clearances.
Hoarders/collectors property clearances.
Commercial clearances - shops, offices, etc....
