o Full invoice is issued after the agreement
o 50% deposit payment is requested to the bank account to book the date
o Rest is payable as cash or bank transfer on the event date, before the event!

o £250-300 up to max. 5 hrs
o £300-350 up to max. 6 hrs
o £50/hr for the extra time

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CLIENT MAY CANCEL THE EVENT UP TO 2 WEEKS (14 DAYS) PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE, THEN DJ WILL REFUND THE DEPOSIT • IF THE CLIENT CANCELS THE EVENT WITHIN 1 WEEK (7 DAYS) PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE DJ WILL MAKE NO REFUND • THE PRICE IS FOR ABOVE MENTIONED DURATION, CLIENT ACCEPTS TO PAY £50/HR FOR EXTRA HOURS IF NEEDED • DJ HAS THE RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT PERFORMING FOR EXTRA HOURS WHEN ASKED • IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS, CLIENTS MAY POSTPONE THE EVENT TO ANOTHER DATE BY KEEPING ITS DEPOSIT OR ASK FOR A REFUND WHICH IS PAYABLE WITHIN 3 WEEKS • IF THE DJ CANCELS THE EVENT UP TO 2 WEEKS (14 DAYS) BEFORE THE EVENT HE WILL REFUND THE DEPOSIT TO THE CLIENT • IN CASE THE DJ CANCELS THE EVENT WITHIN THE LAST 7 DAYS, THEN HE WILL PAY THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE INVOICE TO THE CLIENT • THE DJ WILL NOT BOOK THE DATE FOR THE CLIENT UNTIL THE DEPOSIT PAYMENT IS MADE • DJ HAS THE RIGHT TO STOP PERFORMING DURING THE EVENT IF INSECURE CONDITIONS FOR THE EQUIPMENT AND HIMSELF OCCUR • BOTH PARTIES SHALL BEAR NO LIABILITY AND SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED TO HAVE INFRINGED THEIR OBLIGATIONS MENTIONED HERE, UNDER THE EVENT OF; LATE ARRIVAL TO THE VENUE, FAILURE TO PERFORM THEIR CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS ON TIME FOR REASONS BEYOND THEIR REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL HEALTH CONDITIONS, STRIKE, PANDEMIC ISSUES, DEMONSTRATIONS, ACCIDENTS ON THE WAY, CESSATION OF SERVICE OF VEHICLES, RESTRICTIONS AND UNEXPECTED WEATHER CONDITIONS WHICH WILL PUT AT RISK THEIR PERSONAL LIFE • BOTH PARTIES AGREE ON THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY THE PAYMENT OF THE DEPOSIT.
