I first started working out with Jeremiah a few months ago and ever since, I’ve seen massive changes in my body and overall health. He has kept me motivated and assured me that my fitness goals are completely achievable. Jeremiah created a personalised workout plan that meets all my needs and I have been thoroughly enjoying it ever since.

He has pushed me further than I ever would’ve been able to go on my own and for that I am really grateful.

I would highly recommend Jeremiah, as he is a thoughtful, kind and professional trainer that will help you absolutely smash your fitness goals!!

I’ve been working with Jay for two years now, and went from working out every once in a while to 5 times a week (3 with Jay, 2 by myself). I enjoy going now thanks to him.

Sometimes you forget he’s your PT as he always has a story to tell….. then he makes you lift again!

All in all I’ve became a lot healthier with him, I now enjoy working out and look forward to improving myself each week.

Jay is nothing short of professional. He pushes your limits past what you consider your limit to be. His workouts are simple but so effective and they increase with intensity at a steady pace. Jay is a brilliant PT, and the sessions are all tailored to work on areas in which you want to see improvements.

I felt very motivated in all my sessions and come away feeling great , and wanting to do more which is unusual for me with any form of exercise!

I undertook some boxing , which was very enjoyable and due to the fact that Jay has a lot of experience with this sport it really benefited my learning and experience.

Overall a great PT, and I would highly recommend Jay!

Have had a few pts in the past, and Jeremiah is definitely my favourite. Have been training with him for the past 3 months or so. He listens to what you are wanting to achieve, is flexible, willing to change things up if you change your mind (like me...). He puts in the time to develop good programs for you each week, he's passionate and enjoys what he does. Can't really ask for more. More...

I really like my PTs workouts. They are thorough and leaving me aching so I know I've had a good workout. He's very flexible with travel and very creative with workouts and extremely helpful when demonstrating exercises and corrects my posture. Taking responsibility for my own destiny! I can live with failure that is my own fault, but what I cannot stand, is failing because of someone elses errors.

I’m young, I have been through the phase of needing to gain muscle and needing to lose weight. I’ve dealt with an array of clients with diverse needs, such as body goals, athletic performance, injury prevention, trying to get pregnant, etc. With my experience and youthful joy, I am the perfect trainer!

I can do private sessions using various formats of video chatting online, but nothing can replace the effectiveness of me training you in person.

I provide non-reusable hypoallergenic gloves for every session, so you do not have to worry about directly touching potentially harmful equipment.

During sessions, I wear face shields and a mask beneath it, to prevent anything from coming out of my mouth, directly to you.

Unless I need to be close to you for exercise demonstration or form checking, I spend my session, 2M away from your body for everyones safety!
