Evan came to check our roof after we had a leak from heavy rain. He checked the roof and saw the issue straight away. He sent me pictures documenting the issue. We discussed the best solution. He wasn't pushy or aggressive. More like, this is the issue and this is how I would fix it. We had others look at the roof who weren't like that. He had a formal quote to me that evening, with a date to do the roof. On the day of work, the team were prompt, cracked on with the work, friendly, polite and extremely clean. They gave the roof a good final check for us but assured us in the unlikely event of further issues to not hesitate to call them. Throughout the whole process, they were efficient, professional, and clear they went over and beyond in explanations and answering questions.
