I used Distinct Recruitment when successfully applying for a position in May 2017. I was impressed from the very start due to the honest and useful advice received when first meeting with the team. A number of roles were initially talked through which didn't in the end feel quite right, but at no point did I feel under any pressure to make a decision that would not be beneficial for me.

A role then appeared that interested me greatly. Ryan was my main contact for discussing this role and I was able to benefit from his existing knowledge of the company and the relevant interview preparation that I should undertake. I was kept up to date throughout the process, any queries I had being quickly and accurately answered, from first receiving the job description through to accepting the job offer. The help I received, and particularly the honesty with which I could talk through an important career move (I wasn't just told what I wanted to hear) was extremely useful when making such a big decision.

I would not hesitate to recommend Distinct Recruitment to anyone who wishes to understand what options they have in their career. I did not feel there was a rush to make a decision that would not benefit me in the long term.
