What makes a great website?
Design is key, however websites also have to be set up correctly and this depends on the core function of the site itself. E-Commerce, Lead Generation and Informational sites all require different functionality. The majority of sites we build are either Ecomm or Lead Generation. These sites have to be set up to convert traffic into leads or sales. We use our extensive experience to ensure that there are conversion points which appeal to users and result in an experience which is inclined to drive more conversions. We love bringing a client's vision to life and launching a website that they can be really proud of. We focus on keeping things really simple for clients. No nonsense, no jargon, just straightforward design, delivering quality products which work for people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We worked in large agencies and were always unimpressed with the lack of support and customer service. We knew there was a better way. We started up to remove the jargon from web design and digital marketing and to provide first class delivery, communication and customer service for our clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
As we've said above, we cut out the jargon and focus entirely on what the client is looking for. The majority of our business comes through referrals from other happy customers. We also work with a number of local councils providing website and digital marketing consultancy for clients. We are always available to talk through ideas and concerns a client may have. Building a new website can be daunting and we're here to ensure that the process is a straightforward and stress free as possible.

We have customers from all over the world. If there is one thing the pandemic has taught us it's that our job can be done, very successfully remotely. We offer Zoom or Google Meets calls with clients regularly and are always available for phone calls, if required.
