Horrible experience! Don’t recommend it! Food was meant to be delivered on a Sunday, came on Tuesday evening so we had to get rid of it as it was already off. Contacted CS, they arranged for another box to be delivered, but with the same outcome: arrived 3 days later than the expected delivery date! For the price we’ve paid, we were expecting a better delivery service! Food was ok but very watery, cause they keep it in plastic containers, which is ironic cause their packaging says plastic free. When we confronted the CS agent about a refund he refused to offer us a refund, and we told him not to send anymore boxes to our address if they miss the delivery window by days not hours. The hypocrisy on the CS agent to tell us that one box is still there for us to be delivered whenever we want! We’ve wasted almost £300 with their missed deliveries and they don’t care about it! Worst company ever. Food came spilt all over the box. I emailed in and asked to be cancelled to which an email was responded, and they took another payment of £86. DO NOT USE!

I definitely NOT recommend it to anyone interested.

Don’t give a penny to this company. Worst customer support
Initially I had good experience with the food. Generally delivered on time and good quality food. But they had sloppy packaging and a low standard for cooling in the box. This improved somewhat and I ended up buying from them again. I was not staying long in the UK, so I opted in for 4 weeks only. At the end for my 4 weeks, my card was charged again!
I contacted customer support to refund and cancel any future orders. They refused, saying they can’t do that because I got discounted price and I’d have to wait next month to cancel. They also will not refund my five hundred quid!!
I explained that I’m not going to be home to actually receive any of the orders and my food budget is now gone. They have not replied or elaborated further. More...

Quite honestly the worst company I've ever dealt with!!! Shockingly horrendous customer service. Beyond rude on every level. Impossible to remotely resolve any situation as they seem to be incapable of responding to any emails sent..and I've sent plenty. The food was disgusting, food had plastic coating on, pictures of proof were emailed and not so much of an apology. All meals are purely just coated in a ridiculous amount of spice, its revolting. I initially emailed stating the meals weren't as described in the photos as believe me what you see when you order is not what you recieve. I asked for a refund. Was told it's in their terms and conditions that no refunds are to be given at all...yet no terms and conditions can be viewed on their website. Olivia from the customer services department was extremely condescending and patronising making very sly remarks. Basically then informed me that I had to give them an opportunity to resolve the problems. Aka me continue paying for yet more products that I did not want as they arent enjoyable what so ever so of course money wasted as you can imagine. To then be faced with the battle of trying to get a refund. My order cost £450, I was informed I would the recieve a refund of £301.50, olivia told me it was being processed and would recieve it in 5 working days. 5 working days passed...no refund, so I email. Email gets ignored. I email again and again. Another entire week goes by..still no god damn refund. I continue emailing in, calling in, still being ignored. As you can imagine I am really frustrated. She then told me oh it's definitely all been processed that she would check on it. I then hear nothing from her and decide to email someone else. Suddenly I get a refund of £201.50...£100 less than what I was told I would recieve. So olivia evidently did not process any refund at all. Clearly lied about refunding me and left me waiting over 2 weeks for a response about it. Since then I've emailed daily trying to get my situation dealt with and to recieve the remainder of my bloody refund. I am owed £100. I did not spend £250 on 1 weeks worth of products. Half of which I was forced into accepting because olivia told me I had to allow them to attempt to resolve the situation. So diets2go here is your chance to resolve it...I'm still expecting the remainder of my refund. £100 that is..if you needed reminding again. I'm sure you're aware by the amount of times you've ignored and blatantly chose to avoid me. I've given you multiple opportunities now to resolve this and just give me what I am owed. Otherwise I will continue to boycott your company. I've had to resort in posting a review as no matter how many times I comment on your social media accounts, my comments get removed. A little suspicious dont you think. If anyone was smart...they'd avoid this company. Its apparent their customers mean nothing, money hungry business who cant handle some home truths or deal with their customers issues and resolve them in a professional manner. Olivia hunni, you are incapable of doing your job correctly. It's as simple as that. The food is atrocious...believe me people..go elsewhere. Do not waste your money here, it's truly not worth it!!!
