Good service - although we did have to ask the company to come back out and finish the job properly on the second day and we felt harassed to pay immediately even before checking the standards.
On the second receipt it says 15 days payment but after 6 hours I was being told to pay up at 7am so felt A little pressured - seeing as I was at work then away for the night. As it’s a rental property we did have to explain the receipt given only included my first name and the price which isn’t sufficient for our records.
The company did go out and rent a carpet cleaner as part of the price which was great for us as we didn’t have to seek another supplier.
A new company so obviously teething issues which can be ironed out over time, but a pleasant and friendly contractor nevertheless.
