I cannot praise Diamond Home Support enough. From the moment of initial contact Jan provided a warm, efficient and truly caring service.
Thanks to Jan the wonderful Sue arrived to help with our housekeeping and she swiftly transformed our property into a gleaming home. She had great empathy with my elderly Uncle, and was so easy to have around the house and to chat to.

Great. Jan works hard to ensure that she matches the right cleaner to the right client and so far I have been really pleased with my clean. My lovely lady has done a thorough job and it is so great to come home to a house that FEELS, smells and looks clean as opposed to just doing the obvious stuff. This company also ensures that sick and holiday is covered so you don't have to go without - this is invaluable as I have had previous cleaners who have taken a lot of time off sick, leaving me with the task. I also like that the hourly rate goes direct to the cleaner- the company charges for administration, insurance etc and this is paid by DD - but the cleaner actually puts the money she has earned into her pocket which is important and ethical I think. Initially booked in for a deep clean of my home which had undergone a massive renovation - Jan came and provided a quote quickly and I was happy to book it in with her immediately.
