I have really enjoyed being a customer of this company. For me they have the right balance between feeling like an established bigger company but not too big that I'm just a number to them. All staff from call takers/admin roles, those who installed everything in our house and the boss have been friendly, caring, transparent and efficient. Their price was incredibly reasonable in comparison to others I've had, plus their flexibility has really helped us complete a wider house project with less stress. We have had Diamond fit a new boiler in our old house and a complete central heating system in our present house. On each occasion both the engineers and office staff have been polite, informative and extremely helpful. The workmanship of the engineers has always been outstanding quality and attention to detail and pride of work that I have not seen before in the past. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend Diamond Gas for any work whether it be just a service or an install they always go above and beyond. In this day and age, purchasing a new boiler and having it installed is not a small financial commitment and unfortunately for many customers after using a ‘tradesman’ may later be a regretful decision. After a diligent quotation process (obtaining five separate quotes) and much dialogue to establish which boiler fulfilled my need, I decided to give Diamond Gas and Heating Ltd the job. Excellent consideration is shown for the customer and the engineers know exactly what they are doing. These are rare qualities these days so it is refreshing when you meet it.
