I have been training with Asia for 3 months now and in that time I have lost a stone and a half and more than 23inches off my entire body. I have watched as my body has changed shape from hard work and dedication with personal training. Asia has helped me in so many ways by showing me straight away about nutritional, portion control but also how there is no such thing as a "diet" but a life style change. She has shown me that by losing weight in a gradual weigh, it will stay off as opposed to the quick fix methods I was doing before. I have been training with Asia since July 2017 and she has prepared me for my first formal 10k run which I successfully completed in September 2017. We have also mixed in home sessions with a training plan specific for my needs, using her equipment and exercises suitable for my small house. Asia trains me hard but adapts my programme when I need it. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to improve their fitness. More...

Q&As

By making short term goals that are achievable, as I find this spurs clients on to achieve their long term goal.
I plan fitness sessions to suit their fitness level and goal and this is adapted as needed.
I also give homework and full nutritional advice and I am available for my clients to message or call when they need to.

Getting yourself focused and pushing yourself.
I find taking each week at a time really helps rather than look at something long term.

I lost 4 1/2 stone myself and decided I wanted to help others do the same as I know all the struggles and obstacles they’ll be facing.
