I organised a hen party for a large group staying in Stroud and we had an night out in Cheltenham. I booked taxis for both getting to Cheltenham and returning to Stroud. The booking process was very simple and the communication with Graham both via email and over the phone was excellent. I received texts to let me know that our 2 cars were on route and then again when they arrived at our location. The tracking link that was also provided was very useful. The drivers were friendly and not at all fazed by a hen party! Graham was also very accommodating with a change in the number of passengers and kindly organised a refund as we no longer needed a 6 seater car. I would 100% recommend this company. Thanks Graham! Fabulous service! Live in Milton Keynes and needed to get my son, and his bike, from a supermarket back to his uni accommodation. Receptionist was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful with ensuring the correct size car was booked. Car arrived on time and my son said the driver was also friendly and very accommodating with putting his bike in the car. Price was VERY reasonable too. Booking updates and tracker REALLY useful as I was able to keep my son updated whilst he waited outside. All in all a first class service. We booked a taxi to pick us up from a club Xmas party. The whole service was brilliant - I had a text saying that the taxi was on it’s way, with a link to a tracker so I could see how far it was from us. Just before it arrived, I had another text stating the car model and the registration - I think this is a great safety feature (especially for lone females and the elderly). I was stranded in Cheltenham yesterday at 3:20pm with a train leaving at 3:42pm. The absolutely amazing operator explained he could get one on the way but it would take 10 minutes or more to arrive.
