Services

Should a client require a set of existing plans to start a project, a measured survey can be undertaken and an initial set of drawings provided for a starting point.

A feasibility study can be carried out for any commercial space to establish the best layout to maximise that business' operational needs and establish any 'white space' that the business has and get that space to fill that missing potential.

A concept scheme can be provided once a brief has been established providing a layout plan and reference images to demonstrate the style. Surface finishes; paints, papers, furnishings can all be specified as well as furniture. (FF&E).

A tender pack can be put together consisting of floorpans, elevations and sections. Bespoke joinery detailing. Floor finish plans, lighting plans and decoration plans. These packs can be used for tender to establish accurate costs as well as being used for the construction of any bespoke joinery. These packs can be tailored to suit the project and meet the Clients Brief.

Some projects benefit from 3-d imaging- selling a scheme to planning, or generally helping a scheme to be better understood and ascertaining what finish is going where. These can be used for future marketing of commercial endeavours; apartments, hotels, restaurants.

A mood board can be created for single rooms requiring a refurb'- helps to narrow down colour and surface finishes.

Planning applications under taken for small to medium sized projects. Providing all necessary CAD drawings highlighting overall dimensions and surface finishes. Stating any environmental impacts; external lighting.

A full interior design service package can be tailored to suit the Commercial project. From initial brief to establish operational needs, measured survey, feasibility, concept, tender pack- including joinery and constructional detailing, FF&E. Project management and final fit-out all available. Just ask.
