All my life I’ve avoided the gym and any exercise. I didn’t realise how badly unfit I was. During covid I started a fitness session with Dean, to start with, just half an hour, this has been going on for over a year now and I can really see the small changes just from doing a half hour per week.
I now also incorporate an hour session at the gym every week as well, I can’t tell you what a difference it’s making, we all say as we get older we’ve got aches and pains, can’t reach to put socks on or trouble getting out of a chair, well that’s mostly down to being quite unfit not just getting older, I can’t tell you how happy and more energised I feel now.
Dean is a great Personal Trainer, don’t pay fortunes for a gym membership, and only use a few pieces of apparatus, because you don’t know what half of them do or how to use it, just book with Dean, he’ll show you what you can do with all of the gym equipment, he has the knowledge and expertise, It’s great fun and it’s getting fit at the same time and it really doesn’t break the bank either..

I really enjoy my gym sessions with Dean. Dean sorts out what I need to do so I can concentrate on the technique. Dean varies the routines every week so it is never boring and the sessions go very quickly and he is very friendly and helpful. He also got me doing some boxing moves to get rid of some aggression following a stressful week which was great! I really recommend Dean. I have only had around 6 sessions with Dean so far but I have already seen positive changes both physically and mentally. Dean is extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly and I highly recommend him if you are looking to get fit and enjoy it at the same time . I have been doing PT with Dean for around 10 weeks now. He pushes me to my limits but I absolutely love it!!
Dean knows exactly what I need to get from my PT sessions as he listens to what my goals are and tailors my training in detail to maximise results.

I started my fitness journey with Dean when we came out of the first lockdown by going to the outdoor Hiit classes in the park. It was great to be back doing a structured class, where you are motivated to do your best without being judged.

In September I started having joint PT sessions in the gym. Dean motivates me to work hard and each sessions is different, which makes it interesting. These weekly sessions I call my therapy as they have helped improve my mental well-being and every week we laugh.

Dean is genuine, friendly and a fantastic PT. Dean wants his clients to benefit from the rewards fitness has to offer.

A friend of mine asked if I wanted to join her for some joint PT sessions.
I've done PT before, but always liked the idea of working out with a friend so thought I'd give it a go .
We sat down with Dean in Sept last year for a consultation and talked at length about our goals.

Training with Dean since then has helped me lose a stone and get a waist, but it's done so much more than I expected on top of that. I LOVE our PT sessions! Dean makes everything so simple. I just go, do what he says and enjoy it. He changes it up every time so it's never boring, and we have a good laugh too because I'm working out and enjoying it.

The biggest welcome side effect is what it's done for my mental health. I run my own firm of accountants and have three children, so I'm always busy. PT gets my head in the right place and makes me feel like a superhero!

Can't recommend Dean highly enough 😊

I started training with Dean like most people, lockdown took its toll and I wanted to get healthier, get back into shape and feel better mentally.

I have a love / hate relationship with Dean, love him at the start of a session; hate him towards the end (only joking, he is great).

He pushes me through every set, puts up with my complaining, and makes you feel at complete ease.

If you’re looking for a PT that has a genuine care for his clients, pushes and motivates you and get good results from, Dean is your man!

I’ve been having PT sessions with Dean for 4 weeks now and they are brilliant. Lockdown 2020 hit and so I, like many started running. As time went on I joined one of Dean’s outdoor fitness classes which then led on to PT sessions. Dean’s motivation and passion for what he does is my driving force. He clearly loves what he does, supporting people reach their goals that this is what helps keep me motivated. Dean has given me the push I need to get back into my fitness over the last 10 Weeks. I now look forward to each session, as Dean is testing my ability and pushing me further helping me to achieve the results in a realistic timeframe. I started in lockdown and come across dean doing outside exercise classes
They looked fantastic and exactly the kind I was looking for to start getting some exercise
As soon as I contacted him he got straight back and was so polite and
Positive
On meeting dean he soon calmed my nerves as he listened to what I wanted to achieve and was so informative
and made me feel at ease about everything
He started coming to my place at first where he made a individual plan of what I wanted to achieve and pushed me with such positivity and made me feel good and doesn’t judge body shape
Within a few weeks I started noticing a difference and moved classes to the gym
Again something I’m not comfortable in but he Has definitely changed that perception
I cannot recommend dean enough
He really listens to your individual goals and helps you achieve them

Dean will push you So you can feel it the next day, I lost a stone in 2 weeks with diet plan that dean provided, I enjoy the sessions and Dean also supports you daily if needed. Dean is a great personal trainer.

I nervously joined one of Dean’s classes in January after six years of doing very little exercise. That first class hurt like hell but I couldn’t wait to go back the next week!

Since then I’ve been doing online sessions, group classes & have recently started 1-2-1 training. I work from home so having Dean arrive in my garden with all the equipment & a personalised weekly plan suits me perfectly.

I’ve always been self conscious about exercising in front of other people but Dean gives loads of encouragement & motivation & makes you forget your fears!

I feel so much better physically & mentally now I’m exercising regularly again & can’t recommend Dean highly enough.

Been working with Dean for just over two months and I can honestly say I absolutely love his sessions.

He pushes me to be better and makes me do the exercises that I hate- but get the results.

I’ve always been afraid of weights, not really knowing what to do, that has all changed with Dean, he understands what I want to achieve and has tailored a programme to get me there.

Changing your body takes time and dedication and with Dean at my side, I know I will achieve what I want too.

I have been doing 2 sessions a week For the past two months and hope to introduce some of his group sessions now.

Dean is great. Polite, well spoken and non judgemental. It's early days for my wife and I, but with Dean's menu plan and routines you can start feeling the benefits in a couple of weeks and that helps create your motivation for more. My wife and I are not the 'go down the gym' people, but an hour each week with Dean in our garden does the trick for us. I wouldnt go to anyone else now his a great P.T and brilliant at what he does weather its a group class or 1-2-1.

Personal Trainers

I have had Dean as my Personal Trainer for nearly a month now. He is brilliant. The results I can see already are amazing. When the lock down started for Corona Virus I thought that would be the end for me, but no, I have been doing PT sessions with Dean via FaceTime and it is working brilliant. He plans our session beforehand and varies every workout so I never get bored and am always learning new things. He targets specific areas, helped me set realistic goals and keeps me motivated. Personal Trainers

Having bad anxiety has made me a real gymaphobe. I needed a personal trainer to come to my home to offer me a suitable lifestyle plan, including tailored exercise, dietry advice and the motivation to become fitter and healthier, especially as I am 60 in June. My daughter commenced at a local gym, and chose Dean as her personal trainer, and when i found out he provides one to one support at home, I contacted him by text requesting a meeting to discuss what he could offer.
Dean's approach is empowering. After my first visit I felt very motivated and his encouraging on -going daily text support facilitated me to keep motivated through the week. Dean makes me feel motivated and helps me recognise that fitness is not just about physical exercise but also requires a change in the way you approach life's challenges, and how important it is to give yourself baby step goals to achieve the results you need.

Dean provides not only one to one personal physical training, but supports the emotional blocks which can so often prevent success and block motivation. After only a few weeks i have found that the simple home, no equipment exercise routines, have become somewhat second nature, which I actually look forward to doing, with the "baby steps goal approach" providing the feeling of achievement. I would consider Dean as being a lifestyle coach, as he has the ability to individually tailor his support, and the provision of a continuous text facility, really helps when the motivation decreases. I find Dean extremely supportive, knowledgeable, confidential, non judgemental, and extremely professional and would recommend him to anyone who needs support to get fit, either in the comfort of your own home, (whi h is particularly useful if your mental health and anxiety is stopping you from changing poor lifestyle choices) or in a class and gym which my daughter attends regularly.

Fantastic and in depth first session with dean, he most importantly listened and took on board everything I said I knew about my own body.

I work closely with each individual so that we can break down any potential barriers. I keep it simple and make it enjoyable whilst still working hard.

From my experience you have to have a plan. It needs to be realistic and specific. Short, medium and long terms must be set and be reviewed regularly. There is no quick fix or short cut, it takes hard work, patience and consistency. Overall it has to be enjoyable.

The most rewarding part is Helping people and watching them achieve their goals.

I wanted to be in control of my own destiny and not have to rely in anyone else.

I am very approachable and passionate about making peoples goals a reality. Seeing clients make changes that helps thier long term lifestyle is the biggest reward to me.
