Well, I love keeping people warm and toasty! It's a great feeling knowing that I'm helping families stay comfortable during those cold winter months. Plus, there's nothing quite like the satisfaction of fixing a tricky boiler problem and seeing the relief on my customer's face. It's like being a superhero, but instead of a cape, I have a tool belt!
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a boiler installer, I was inspired to start my own business because I wanted to provide customers with high-quality and reliable installations. I saw a gap in the market for a company that could offer not just installation, but also exceptional customer service and tailored solutions for each client's specific needs. Being my own boss also allowed me to be more creative and innovative in my work, which I found extremely fulfilling. Overall, the desire to offer a superior service to customers was the driving force behind starting my own business.
