What makes a great website?
We believe a good website should be engaging, mobile and user friendly as well as inexpensive. It should be reflective of the business’ visions and values. We want to make sure that a website doesn’t cost the world but instead is accessible and affordable, especially for those running small business. Ultimately, we want these businesses to get more customers through their website. We want to take the stress out of this for businesses and we do this by providing unlimited content changes so that they can keep their website up to date, at no extra cost to them. We have tried to keep monthly costs low without sacrificing any of our services and still maintaining high levels of customer service.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What would you like to achieve through growing your online presence e.g. do you want to see more leads through your website? What style of website would you like us to build e.g., do you want it be professional and corporate or more ‘fun’? What industry are you in so that we can understand more about the markets we are aiming to target through your website and what style of writing/images etc we may need to use to align with your vision? Do you have any specific things you would like included on your website e.g. certain photos/fonts? What kind of support would you need from us?
What do you love most about your job?
We love that we can help small businesses achieve results through helping them to expand their online presence at a minimal expense. We enjoy that I can take the stress out of running their website so that they can focus on running their small business. Seeing clients achieve results they could have only dreamed of before is a huge motivator for me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start Dead on Digital as I have a passion for helping small businesses see results through using our service. Watching small businesses be able to expand and grow their customer bases and achieve amazing results is something that drives me everyday.
